Chris Vanderydt
Vote Vanderydt — Trusted to Respond. Ready to Serve.
After 30 years as a paramedic serving London and teaching the next generation, Chris Vanderydt is bringing that same steady judgment and genuine care to Ward 1 — Lambton Shores County Council.
Three priorities. One community.
Your Tax Dollars, Accounted For
Every dollar collected from Lambton Shores residents deserves a clear purpose and a transparent outcome. I'll push for open budgets, responsible spending, and decisions that put our community first.
Safer Roads for Everyone
From golf carts and e-scooters to proper street lighting, our roads need to work safely for all users. I'll advocate for clear rules, better infrastructure, and lighting that keeps our streets safe after dark.
Fair Parking for All
Residents, tourists, and local businesses all deserve fair access to parking. I'll work to create balanced policies that welcome visitors while protecting the needs of those who live and work here year-round.
A Familiar Face in Ward 1
Chris grew up in the Newbury area and has spent 30 years as a paramedic — the last 25 as an Advanced Care Paramedic in London. Five years ago, he and his wife Tricia made Grand Bend home, and it's a decision they've never looked back on.
Now, after three decades of showing up for people in their toughest moments, Chris is ready to serve Ward 1 in a new way — from the council table.
